Our ?Little Ninja? Program will be geared towards the more playful aspects of martial arts. Students will learn how to punch, kick, & block. They will also learn stances and improve coordination. Most importantly they will have lots of fun. Each class will start off with a warm up routine to music and then we will move on to our karate activities. These activities will vary from class to class and include games, relays, obstacle courses, and more! Students will be continually reminded about when and where it is appropriate to use their karate moves. While the classes will be conducted primarily in English there will be a little bit Japanese thrown in which will mostly be numbers and a few names of our basic stances. (My pronunciation is slightly different than the traditional pronunciation in order to remain consistent with my teacher) Each class will end with the students lining up and doing a bow.?

This will be an exploratory time for children to interact with their caregivers with the supervision of qualified staff members. Please keep in mind that this is free play and will not be coach guided. We will, however, be there to keep all play safe and encourage caregivers to spend quality time with their little ones. Families do not have to be a member to participate but must sign a waiver before entering the gym floor. We hope this will allow families to have a fun and safe place to encourage play and physical activity.

Off to the city we go! We'll first visit and enjoy the Boudin Bread Factory Museum Tour! The little ones will get to see how bread is made from the 'kneading' of the dough, travels down the conveyor belt, made into bread ball bowls and off to baking! The kids get to see bread baked into artistic shapes, weigh out the ingredients to make the bread, play with SF fog in the museum and even learn what type of BREAD they are, it'll be a fun hands on tour and experience.
We'll enjoy bread bowls, soup, sandwiches, salads right in the caf? and off to Ghirardelli Square to see how CHOCOLATE is made and enjoy our Ice Cream Sundaes as dessert!
