Adobe Brings Server-Side Flash "Support" to iPads and iPhones [In Brief]

Adobe Brings Server-Side Flash "Support" to iPads and iPhonesAdobe has just released Flash Media Server 4.5, which adds support for Apple's iOS. While it doesn't provide full Flash support, it does allow for video to be streamed to iOS.

The server-side software doesn't add the ability to play Flash games or view animations, but as long as video content providers utilize the new software, they will be able to provide content through Apple's format, HTTP Live Streaming. Photo by: dailylifeofmojo.
