How You Can Benefit From A Product Launch

It is very possible for you to be very well positioned to earn big money from a product launch.

However, there are several points that you must take into consideration. With so much on offer in the world of internet marketing, it can be difficult to correctly align yourself with a product launch which will pay off. Let?s go through some of the points that you should consider.

1. What is the product?2. Will it appeal to the public?3. Who will be it?s target market?4. Where will the target market be situated geographically?5. Who is/are the founder(s) of the company?6. What has been their previous experience?7. Are they truly successful internet marketers? 8. What is their profile in the internet world?9. What is the price to become involved in the product launch?10. How and where to find a suitable product launch?

Let?s deal with each of those points one at a time.

1. What is the product? Ideally the company initiating the product launch should have two products. Firstly, the company should be offering themselves as the front end product.

That product should be an extremely well thought out and well put together training platform. It should provide you, the internet marketer, with all the tools that you will need to market the entire system.

The tools should include auto responders already set up and ready to go; email campaigns; pre-written articles which you can tweek; sophisticated tracking devices; an easy to navigate back office, etc, etc. Extensive yet easy to follow, step by step training should also be provided, and customer support should be easily available at any time.

The product launch should also be providing an excellent back end product ? ideally it should have been already proven over many years in the offline world, and preferably be a high ticket price item.

2. Will it appeal to the public? The information available to you prior to the product launch should provide you with just enough information for you to be able to make a reasonably informed decision.

Front end product? The company should have no problems in telling you about their ?state of the art? system.

Back end product? Here?s where your research will be a little more difficult, but the company should be able to tell you enough about the back end product that you will be able to gauge how long it has been in existence, and approximately how much appeal factor it would have.

3. Who will be it?s target market? You will have two types of target markets to research in order to gauge whether or not this product launch will pay off.

Firstly, will the training and tools provided by the company be of great advantage to the newbie and the seasoned internet marketer?

Secondly, how wide ranging is the target market for the back end product? Are you looking at people who are already financially secure and therefore will find the product appealing in all ways including price? To some extent you will have to trust here what the company owners or founders tell you about the back end product before the product launch.

4. Where will the target market be situated geographically? Obviously we have no problems here when it comes to the front end product. Excellent internet marketers come from all over the world.

However, the back end product requires some research. Will the product appeal to ? say ? people from the USA only? Or is your target market situated in Iceland? (Just kidding!). Ideally the back end product being offered in the product launch should appeal to people from all over the world.

5. Who is/are the founder(s) of the company? The company owners should be totally forthcoming with their names, and a photograph or two is preferable as well.

6. What has been their previous experience? You should try to find out how long they have been involved in online marketing ? how many years? Were they in business in the offline world prior to becoming online marketers? Why did they take up internet marketing?

7. Are they truly successful internet marketers? This one can be hard to judge. Sometimes a search will turn up previous ventures that they have been involved with. Are those businesses still ?alive and well??

8. What is their profile in the internet world? This one is relatively easy. Do a Google search on their own name. You?ll come up with all sorts of info about them, both good and bad.

Try to cut through the ?sour grapes? comments and sort out which comments are genuine, both good and bad. If the good comments far outweigh the bad ones then there?s a high chance that the person or people offering the product launch are genuine in both their offer and their personality.

9. What is the price to become involved in the product launch? Many companies will allow you to pre-enrol with no money down, and you can upgrade to full member after the product launch, should that be your choice.

Other companies will ask for a small up front cost ? say up to . Make sure that this is fully refundable for at least 30 days after the launch. Both of these methods are widely practised in the world of internet marketing. In my opinion, both methods are acceptable.

10. How and where to find a suitable product launch? Often you will receive details of a product launch through an email. It?s a good place to start checking out what?s on offer.

You can also do a Google search on ?product launches? ? you?ll need to scroll through a few pages to find them, but they are there. Search on variations of the words ?product launch? as well.

Subscribing to an ezine or two also puts you ahead of the eight ball as companies often announce their product launches in an ezine.

There are also companies which update their own system and will do a re-launch under a new name. Most of these already have proven track records and have refined their systems through the day to day running of the company.

Rather than implement these improvements one at a time, they choose to carry out a new product launch ? or re-launch. In this way they can create real excitement among internet marketers and create very real acceleration in their performance figures and money making for both themselves and their members.
