Strategic Planning is not enough
Although a good strategic plan should include the business mission and its values it doesn?t typically address the ?culture of the business?. Strategic plans define goals and assign time frames to attain those goals, typically over a one, three or five year time frame. Depending on a strategic plan alone to guide your business through a turbulent economy puts your business at risk. There is no mechanism in the strategic plan to account for outside influences and events that can occur that can have a dramatic impact on your business. Who we are
Cobrooke Creative is a subsidiary of Cobrooke Ideas I Architecture I design founded by architect/designer/creative thinker Robert Vecchione.
Robert has a 25 year history of working with for profit and nonprofit businesses in New York, Florida and nationally.
Robert has authored a book on the creative process and gives creative thinking seminars to groups and businesses.
